Lily Series

Painted in series based on one theme, lilies!
I was inspired a few years ago to paint flowers once spring arrived and being Easter was near, I decided to paint lilies as a theme. My late mother loved lilies, and that also was an inspiration for this theme as well. All 7 paintings in this lily series are currently available for sale. Lily No.6 and Lily No.7 are the newest paintings in this series. Lily No.6 was completed April 2025 and Lily No.7 was completed September 2025.

Best Friends

 

Best Friends. This 20″x16″ acrylic painting is for sale. It was in an  online exhibition, Childhood Unmuted hosted by the Cultural Alliance of Western Connecticut, CAWC).

This painting Best Friends was inspired by the theme of childhood for an online group show. it was based on a family photo and my late Aunt is on the left as a child. When I saw this photo it truly defines the joy of childhood.

Harvest Moon with Tree

Harvest Moon with Tree is a painting that was inspired by the two autumn full moons in October of 2020.  October 2020 was a “Blue Moon” month with two full Moons. The first one called the Harvest Moon was on October 1st. The second, a rare Blue Moon, occurred on October 31st, Halloween. This painting has been sold.
